Rise Above
Rise Above is a licensed drug and alcohol outpatient counseling program that offers a variety of services to meet the needs of individuals in the areas of addiction, anger management and domestic violence. Our mission is to empower people in need, helping them attain the highest level of independence possible and build better lives for themselves, their families and their communities. Rise Above is distinguished by a commitment to engaging clients with respect and dignity for the purposes of serving their needs.
