RHD PIER (Pledge for Independence, Empowerment & Recovery)

RHD PIER (Pledge for Independent Empowerment & Recovery) provides a full range of mental and emotional health services in a residential setting with ten beds. Participants enjoy individualized engagement to help them develop and achieve goals to allow them to increase their independence.

RHD PIER is a contracted program through Bucks County Mental Health/Developmental Programs (MH/DP) and overseen by Pennsylvania policies for Long Term Structured Residents (LTSR). These policies and procedures serve to inform staff, participants, and other stakeholders about the program and its operations and provide expectations that maintain their safety and well-being. The PIER program is currently the only LTSR facility exclusively serving Bucks County, PA, residents.
