Ideate Open House

Ideate is holding an Open House hiring event November 15, 2017, from 5-7pm at 3502 Scotts Lane, Suite 1421 Philadelphia, PA. Interested parties should bring their resume and if creative, two creative pieces to share with the group.

IDEATE is an Employment First program that uses technology to empower program participants to find and sustain earning opportunities.  Our mission is to support our clients to identify and retain person-tailored occupations. Employment Specialist: Comprehensive Care and Technology
The Employment Specialist is a client participant support role designed to create and sustain employment opportunities that use creativity/artisanship/art to leverage participant employment. This role implements creativity that contribute to business building and business incubation for clients preferring to undertake self-employment. This is a part-time role with an opportunity to acquire additional shifts.

The Employment Specialist-Technology is a client participant support role designed to create and sustain employment opportunities that use technology to leverage participant employment. This role implements technologies that contribute to workplace accommodations and/or augmented communication for program participants. This is a part-time role with an opportunity to acquire additional shifts.
