RHD Delaware Behavioral Health (BHH) provides residential and community support and services for adults with serious and persistent mental illness and adults with dual diagnoses of mental illness. RHD Delaware BHH is committed to providing the best care and support for all persons served based on their individual desires and level of need. The primary goals of the programs are to lessen or eliminate the debilitating symptoms of mental illness each consumer experiences, minimize or prevent recurrent acute episodes of the illness, and enhance the quality of life and functioning. RHD programs focus on a person-centered approach, and much care is given to working with individuals to create homes and live the highest quality of life possible.
