At RHD, we are fortunate to have strong, resilient, and dedicated women who make our organization stronger every day. Join us in celebrating these outstanding leaders and their impact on our community. 

Marlyn Louis, Regional Director, PAIDD 

Marlyn Louis’s dedication shines through in everything she does—she remembers everyone, advocates fiercely for her team, and ensures the highest quality of care for our participants. 

Nateesa Benton, RHD Lifesharing Specialist 

For nearly three years, Nateesa Benton has poured her heart into advocating for participants, ensuring they receive the best care, dignity, and respect. Her positivity is contagious, always uplifting those around her. 

Nateesa embodies creativity and problem-solving, tackling challenges with unique solutions. Balancing motherhood while recently earning her doctoral degree, she is a true testament to dedication and perseverance. 

Tamika Curry, PhD, RN, Chief Operations Officer 

Tamika Curry’s vision, professionalism, and wisdom leave a lasting impact. No matter the challenge, she remains calm under pressure and leads with confidence. 

Melody Rodriguez, Case Manager Supervisor, RHD Crossroads Community Services 

Melody Rodriguez embodies the values of a social worker—advocating, inspiring, and leading by example. Her passion goes beyond her job title as she meets with participants, secures donations, and finds creative ways to engage both staff and participants. 

Laura Marvel, Regional Director, Delaware Behavioral Health National 

Laura Marvel goes above and beyond for her programs, showing up with patience, compassion, and unwavering support. She ensures staff feel safe, encouraged, and cared for—prioritizing mental health while strengthening the team. 

Ashawanna Washington, Behavioral Health First Responder, RHD Mobile Crisis Intervention Unit (MCIU) 

Ashawanna (Asha) Washington is a natural leader—mentoring, motivating, and empowering her colleagues while providing exceptional support to those in need. 

Jamiah Whitfield, Behavioral Health First Responder, RHD Mobile Crisis Intervention Unit (MCIU) 

As the youngest member of the team, Jamiah Whitfield’s dedication and work ethic make her stand out. She is a true team player whose efforts never go unnoticed. 

Lucille Hudgins, Program Coordinator, RHD COSTAR 

Since joining RHD in 2009 as a Direct Support Professional, Lucille Hudgins has excelled, advancing to Site Supervisor and now overseeing three COSTAR homes. Her leadership fosters an environment of empathy, understanding, and high-quality care. 

Saralynn Kramm, Program Director, RHD Glassport 

Saralynn Kramm’s expertise, fairness, and leadership have left a lasting impact. She is a strong advocate for women’s empowerment and a mentor to many within the organization. 

Ashley Gallelli, CRS/FA, RHD PIER LTSR 

A true multitasker, Ashley Gallelli goes above and beyond to care for participants—organizing events, assisting with daily activities, and creating engaging programs while pursuing a college degree and raising three children. 

Rachel Quiteh, Nurse Manager, RHD PIER LTSR 

Rachel Quiteh is the ultimate team player, stepping in wherever needed. She educates participants, advocates for their health, and brings unwavering energy and positivity to her work. 

Alicia Alexander, Program Specialist, RHD Residential Service Systems (RSS) 

Alicia Alexander has quickly become a valuable asset at RHD. When RSS introduced a new documentation system, she dedicated an entire weekend to ensuring a smooth transition—demonstrating her commitment and leadership. 

Cha’Khandra Reese, Clinical Manager, RHD Mobile Crisis Intervention Unit (MCIU) 

Cha’Khandra Reese gives her all to the program, working tirelessly to support the team and ensure its success. She provides individualized support to staff and steps into any role necessary to keep the unit running smoothly.
