Making a Difference: New Shelter Aims to Reduce Homelessness in Lansdale by 75%

Resources for Human Development (RHD), in partnership with Montgomery County, will open a year-round shelter for individuals experiencing homelessness. Opening in the first half of 2025, this facility will provide a safe space and vital resources for up to 20 people. This initiative aims to reduce homelessness in Lansdale by up to 75%! The shelter will offer access to crucial resources, including childcare, physical and mental health services, employment training, and veterans’ services.
