Urban Youth Collaborative Program
The Urban Youth Collaborative Program (UYCP) places interns in provider agencies, state-operated programs, and developmental centers across the Commonwealth in full-time summer jobs supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities. This program has been funded and coordinated by the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (DDS) since 1992. The RHD Boston UYCP places high school and college interns from diverse backgrounds in residential, day habilitation, and administrative settings to explore careers in human services.
