Sussex ICM

Individuals residing in Sussex or Kent Counties with serious and persistent mental illness—such as schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, or bipolar disorder—can be referred to Sussex Intensive Case Management (ICM) through the Delaware Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (DSAMH). ICM services are provided by an interdisciplinary team, based on their recovery model and tailored to each person’s circumstances, desires, and needs. Sussex ICM strives to assist individuals in reaching their goals while remaining as independent as possible. This program is funded by and part of the system of public services offered by Delaware DSAMH.
