Evergreen

Evergreen is a community-based program providing comprehensive residential and day services in staffed homes. The program was created to support adults with autism, dual diagnoses of intellectual disabilities and mental illness, developmental disorders, and other neurobiological disabilities, significant mental health issues, as well as medical complications. Emphasis is placed on developing communication skills, building social supports, enhancing daily living skills, supporting the community and social integration, providing trauma-based therapies, and mental health stabilization—with the goal of increased independence and participation within the community. There are currently 22 homes and 38 individuals being served in the Lehigh Valley area.
